The Eyes of HOPE

It is difficult to find words to express the sensations that rush through your body when you look into the eyes of a child.
It is difficult to find words to express the instinctive mothering that swells through your emotions when you wrap the child in your arms and hold him close.
It is difficult to find words to express the craving, the desire, the absolute need that overwhelms your soul to touch the life of just ONE.
It is difficult to find words. I shall try…
In the face of hunger
In the face of fear
In the face of death
How do they cope?
My life has forever
Been changed by the children
As I looked into
The eyes of HOPE!
